Copic Sketch: The Jewelers Set
For a class assignment I was met with the challenge of creating three package designs as limited edition sets. I chose to have these be based around the Copic Sketch markers, as they are one of the brands more popular products. I landed on doing a jewel tone marker set after reviewing several fashion design sketching articles, and I felt that it seemed like something perfect for fashion sketches. Using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Dimensions I created imagery for the package designs alongside advertisements and mockups.

The Process:
I wanted the packaging to have a sleek, minimalist approach to its design. I wanted it to feel as if you were in the back room with a jeweler and they are showing you all of these beautiful jewels within a velvet box. I spent a lot of time researching different cuts/ shapes of gems along with perfecting creating my own replications of them.
